With the technology provided by its partner - Engitec Technologies SpA, Italy - Metal Américas is able to offer the complete process for recycling lead. Fusion of lead scrap using Rotary Furnace Tipper, type "pear"; which provides a high thermal efficiency, low level of lead in the slag and high productivity - with reductions of 30% to 40% on the time of the total process.

CX system - developed for the recycling of acid lead batteries; it is considered by the main producers of lead as being the cleanest and safest method for this purpose available in the market. FLUBOR System is a new technology for producing electrolytic lead out of the direct leaching of the concentrated material.

Aluminum

Processing of various types of scrap for the production of aluminum alloys for the most different purposes. Process STE - especially developed for the treatment of the saline slag from aluminum, with a highly efficient recovery of about 99% of the salt. This process is suitable for installations of any size and can be installed on the actual premises of the recycling company. The process STE allows the recovery of aluminum and salt, which is reused in the processes of melting and cleaning of fine oxide, which may then be used in other industrial applications such as manufacture of cement.

All pollutant gases created in the process are burnt and the generated heat is used for water evaporation and crystallization of salt.
